Construction Excellence Since 1960

“Complete the project as though you were
building it for yourself.”

–Walter Keller

Keller, Inc., was founded in 1960 by veteran builder Walter Keller in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Originally focused almost exclusively on large-scale agricultural structures, Walter was instrumental in expanding his company’s presence into other industries, including retail, financial and healthcare.

Walter oversaw the company’s conversion from a family-owned business to an employee-owned enterprise, through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in 1986. Though Walter retired as Keller's president in 1989, his original values of integrity, honesty and commitment to putting the customer first still inspires today’s highly dedicated professional and field staff. Keller now has offices in the Fox Cities, Madison, Milwaukee and Wausau and the company has grown to more than 200 employee-owners.
