Pleasant Springs, WI — KELLER, Planners, Architects, Builders, a Design/Build General Contractor, will build a new convenience store, truck stop and Arby’s for Golden Oil under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Dave Uttech and Architect, Rob Lindstrom.
