The Owner reached out to Keller, Inc. to partner on an addition and remodel to add additional dining space, restroom capacity, update the facility to ADA standards and adhere the addition to the existing building. The Keller Project Manager, Architect and onsite Crews utilized the materials for outside of the building (brick and wrought iron) to blend into the early 90s 3-story factory building.
