The Tadych Family has been in the grocery business for generations. The original store was outdated and the City of Brillion wanted the existing site for redevelopment. The Tadych Family worked with the City of Brillion on another redevelopment site a few blocks down the road and were able to build with the team at Keller what stands today, Tadych’s Econo Foods. During excavating the redevelopment site, the Keller onsite Crews discovered many pockets of bad fill and debris were encountered. Together, the Keller Project Manager and Architect worked with the Owner and the City of Brillion to remove and replace the bad soils at no cost to the Owner.
