Callin Joins Keller, Inc.

Keller, Inc. announces the selection of Greg Callin to lead Keller's greater Madison area and south central Wisconsin presence.  Callin is native to the Madison area and is a long-time industry professional. 

Callin will be responsible for all project management and operations throughout the region, including the greater Madison area, Wisconsin Dells, Baraboo, Portage, Janesville, Beloit and northern Illinois. He will be opening Keller's new greater Madison area office at 3308 Nursery Drive in Middleton. 

Callin has spent the previous 5 years in the commercial design and construction industry following a successful career in banking, in which he was active in financing both owner-occupied and developer/investor real estate.  Callin has helped business owners and commercial real estate investors/developers with commercial real estate for over 20 years.  His combination of design, construction and business/financial experience allow him to serve clients and their commercial building projects in a unique and practical way.

Callin earned his BBA from UW-Eau Claire and his MBA from Edgewood College.  He is a Leadership Greater Madison alum, former UW Family Business Center Board Member, and active in several youth organizations. 

 

 

New Faces in Germantown

Keller announces the addition of Jim Dallas to its Milwaukee Project Management Team.  Dallas joins Keller, Inc with a background in land development, national multi-site retail, construction management and over 15 years in design/build construction services. He has worked as a Sr. Project Manager for Tri-North Builders in Madison, WI and Exceed International in Antioch, IL. Dallas has built and managed retail, multi story residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. He has a BS in Architecture from UW Milwaukee and is a LEED AP in Commercial Interiors. 

Keller also announces the addition of Dave Manore to its Milwaukee Project Management Team.  Manore joins Keller with a background of more than 38 years of building experience in general contracting, project management and business development. He previously worked with DBI, Inc. in the position of Design/Construction Consultant gaining experience in construction project development and management. Manore has directed multiple turnkey projects and brings a wealth of experience in building and managing construction projects such as financial, recreational, automotive, medical, industrial, distribution and retail.  Prior to that, Manore owned Diamond Construction, a Carpenter/General Contracting company performing commercial and industrial projects. He was a journeyman carpenter for twenty one years.  Manore earned his Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from UW-River Falls in River Falls, WI.  He has taken post graduate classes in business and construction. His knowledge in the industry, as well as his project management experience, will make him a valued addition to the Keller team.
