Van Zeeland Manufacturing Building Larger Facility Keller, Inc. will design and build the 27,116 Sq. Ft. office & machine shop for VAN ZEELAND MANUFACTURING under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Kip Golden and Architect, Steve Klessig. Van Zeeland Mfg. is expanding their business and relocating from Hwy. OO in Little Chute to the Little Chute Industrial Park, located at Moasis and Nixon. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall of 2008. Team Eagle, LLC Combining Two Locations Keller, Inc. will design and build the 7,000 Sq. Ft. addition for TEAM EAGLE, LLC under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Dave Stubbs and Architect Steve Klessig. This addition will allow the company to house both Eagle Graphics and Eagle Sign divisions under one roof at the Kaukauna location. To be located at 1200 Prospect Ln., Kaukauna, construction began in June and is expected to be completed in early September. D&J Hardware Builds New Store in Thorp Keller, Inc. has designed and will build the 20,000 Sq. Ft. hardware store for D & J HARDWARE under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Vern Nystrom and Architect Rob Lindstrom. Dan & Jan Stroinski are expanding their business in an effort to better serve Thorp and the surrounding communities. The expansion will allow for a greater variety of products and services. The building has been designed with energy conservation in mind. Heating and cooling will be provided by a geothermal HVAC system which will be complemented with additional insulation in the roof and walls. To be located at 201 E. Liberty Dr., Thorp, construction is expected to be completed in November of 2008. Mid Valley Industries Adding On Keller, Inc. will design and build the 24,375 Sq. Ft. shop addition for MID VALLEY INDUSTRIES under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Kip Golden and Architect, Curtis Schroeder. Owner, Kevin Schmid is expanding his machine shop which will add up to 50 jobs. The new building will have (2) 10 Ton, (2) 7.5 Ton top running bridge crane, (8) 2-Ton jib cranes and (2) loading docks. To be located at 1151 Delanglade St., Kaukauna, construction is expected to be completed in fall of 2008. Chang Garden Adding Second Location in Weston Keller, Inc. will design and build the 7,924 Sq. Ft. restaurant for TONY CHANG AND SUE GRAY under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Vern Nystrom and Architect, Rob Lindstrom. This is Chang Garden's second location and the downtown Wausau location will remain open. The new restaurant will feature seating for 250 persons, a banquet room, sushi bar, hibachi style grilles and offer dine in, take out and delivery of Szechuan, Hunan and Mandarin Chinese food. To be located at 4215 Barbican Ave., Weston, construction is expected to be completed in November of 2008. Living Water Lutheran Church Breaks Ground Keller, Inc. will design and build the 7,000 Sq. Ft. church and Sunday school for LIVING WATER LUTHERAN CHURCH under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Bob Poch and Architect, Steve Klessig. For the past several years, Living Water Lutheran church has been renting space to worship at 1911 S. Washburn in a business retail center. Their mission and growth has led them to expand and build a new facility for continued growth of their membership and for those in the Oshkosh and surrounding communities. The new church will seat up to 300 people, have (5) Sunday school classrooms and plenty of land for future growth. To be located at 1585 South Oakwood Road, Oshkosh, construction is expected to be completed in November of 2008. Blue Hill Cottages Construction Underway Keller, Inc. will build BLUE HILL COTTAGES for JOE ZIEGLER under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Bob Poch. The 50 unit senior apartment complex will be built on the east side of Fond du Lac on County T and will feature a decorative detention pond. Construction began in late May and is expected to be completed in December of 2008.
