Keller to Build Steinberg Manufacturing Office

Keller, Inc. will build the 10,800 Sq. Ft. office and R & D warehouse for STEINBERG MANUFACTURING under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Joe Berghuis and Architect, Rob Lindstrom.

President, Chris Heikenen is expanding the office and R&D area to accommodate more employee's as their market expands.  Steinberg designs and builds numerous types of farm equipment for the agricultural industry.

To be located in Embarrass, construction will begin in July and is expected to be completed by December.

Keller to Design and Manage Construction for Town of Ripon Town Hall

Keller, Inc. will Design and provide Construction Management Services for a 9,457 Sq. Ft. facility for the Town Hall, Police Department and Highway Garage for THE TOWN OF RIPON under the direction of Keller Project Manager Kelly Claflin and Architect, Rob Lindstrom.

To be located at N8191 Douglas St., Ripon, construction will begin August and is expected to be completed by the end of December.

Keller to Build Pediatric Dental Clinic

Keller, Inc. will design and build the 3,627 Sq. Ft. pediatric dental clinic for FIRST IMPRESSIONS, S.C. under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Vern Nystrom and Keller Architect, Rob Lindstrom. 

First Impressions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is the leading privately owned and operated children's dental and oral care group in Wisconsin. Their services include preventative, restorative, and orthodontic care in a kid friendly atmosphere. Preventing tooth decay is a major focus of their dental team and they are excited to offer children a dental home. First Impressions dental clinic locations are: Wausau, Medford, Stevens Point, and Rhinelander.

To be located at 124 S. Main St, Medford, construction will begin mid June and is expected to be completed by mid August.

Dr. Baye Builds New Clinic with Keller

Keller, Inc. will build the 4,272 Sq. Ft. dental clinic for DR. WILLIAM BAYE under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Kip Golden and Keller Architect, Steve Klessig.

The new dental clinic will feature (4) operatories with future expansion to include (4) more operatories for an additional dentist.

The exterior will consist of cultural stone and EIFS with arched windows and door.  Interior has many arched openings, art niches, cultured stone on front reception desk, tray ceilings in waiting room, an internet café room and kids play area with a castle.

To be located on N. Bluemound Rd across from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. Construction will begin in summer and is expected to be completed in fall of 2009.

Little Miracles Expands in Neenah

Keller, Inc. will build the 20,000 Sq. Ft. addition for MIKE AND ROXANA KESSELHON, OF LITTLE MIRACLES under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Dave Stubbs and Keller Architect, Steve Klessig.

Construction has begun on a 20,000 Sq. Ft. addition to the existing 10,000 Sq. Ft. daycare which Keller built in 2005.  This expansion is needed due to the increased demand for childcare in the area as well as the popularity of Little Miracles Childcare facility.

To be located at 1421 S. Commercial Street in Neenah, construction is expected to be completed by the end of July.

Kobussen to Build in Sun Prairie

Keller, Inc.will build the 12,000 Sq. Ft. school and coach bus facility for KOBUSSEN BUSES under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Dave Stubbs and Architect, Steve Klessig.

Kobussen Bus is based in Kaukauna and has other locations in Neenah, Oshkosh and currently in Sun Prairie.

To be located in Sun Prairie, construction will begin in May and is expected to be completed by early August.

Amerilux International Expands in De Pere

Keller, Inc. will build the 13,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse addition for AMERILUX INTERNATIONAL, LLC under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Cory Vande Wettering.

To be located at 1212 Enterprise Drive in De Pere, construction will begin in early June and is expected to be completed in early August.

Osborn & Son Trucking Begins Construction

Keller, Inc. will build the 29,061 Sq. Ft. office, truck repair and warehouse facility for Dean and Sandy Osborn, of Osborn & Son Trucking under the direction of Keller Project Manager, Bob Poch.

The project will be located on Osborn Way off of County Truck "OOO", near Moon Marine west of highway 41.  Construction will begin in Mid April and is expected to be completed by October 1, 2009.
