Keller Expands Riesterer & Schnell

Chilton, WI - KELLER, Planners, Architects, Builders, a Design/Build General Contractor with offices in Milwaukee, the Fox Cities and Wausau designed and built a 22,000 square foot maintenance facility, wash bay, office and showroom for RIESTERER & SCHNELL under the direction of Keller Project Managers, Cory Vande Wettering and Mark Nysted and Architect Rob Lindstrom.

Riesterer & Schnell, Inc. renovated and added onto its current location to make room for a better service facility to meet customers' growing needs, offer a wider selection of equipment, and cater to a broader customer range yet still have a reduced environmental impact.

The expanded facility has the capacity to service larger equipment and increase Riesterer & Schnell's services offered.  The addition of overhead cranes and an indoor wash bay allows technicians to work more efficiently in a safe and comfortable environment.

The retail floor was expanded to allow for a greater inventory selection for John Deere grounds care equipment and the STIHL line of equipment.  With the ability to meet the needs of home owners, large property owners, the construction industry and farmers, Riesterer and Schnell can meet the equipment needs of anyone from Green Bay to Milwaukee.

With a focus on green, Riesterer & Schnell decided to make many changes to become better stewards of the environment.  The new indoor wash bay is a self-contained system that will recycle water used for cleaning the equipment.  Heat in the service area is provided by an in-floor heating system being fueled by waste oil collected from repairs.  In order to conserve the amount of water used by the facility an undergroud tank allows the dynamometer to reuse water.  A vestibule was also added to the showroom entrance to make the building more energy efficient.

Riesterer & Schnell, Inc. is Wisconsin's John Deere Superstore dealer that has a proud history of growth and adjustment due to changing economics, customer needs and recognized opportunities dating back to June of 1931.  The second and third generations of Riesterer & Schnell are proud to carry this tradition on into the 21st century, with the support of loyal customers and dedicated employees. Today, Riesterer & Schnell, Inc. has eight locations serving northeastern Wisconsin.
