Keller Employee Owners Help Build Habitat Home in Kaukauna
Keller, Inc. is assisting with building a home for Habitat for Humanity in Kaukauna at 105 15th St.
Keller will be donating labor and materials for the project including framing and concrete work, painting, installing doors and trim, installing appliances and cleaning the home.
Wayne Stellmacher, President of Keller said, "In today's economy, we're still trying to find ways to contribute to the communities in which we serve by offering our talents and expertise. The employees stepped up and volunteered because they see the benefit programs such as Habitat for Humanity bring to our area."
Thirty six Keller Employee Owners are volunteering over ten days. The home which began construction on March 9 will be completed on Saturday, June 20.
Employees Lend a Hand with Rebuilding Together Fox Valley Project Day
Keller Employees worked as runners for Rebuilding Together Fox Valley's Project Day on Saturday, May 2. Rebuilding Together Fox Valley is a non-profit organization with a mission to preserve and revitalize homes and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, specifically seniors and those with disabilities can continue to live in warmth, safety and independence. Keller employees have helped the nonprofit fulfill this mission for the past two years.
